Hello, my name is Ferdinand Umeh Chidera, preferably called Dera Ferdinand. I am 31 years old and I am from Nigeria. I am a B.Sc. graduate of Mathematics and Computer science Department. I started work back in 2017 as an Account Officer in Access Bank Plc, this was a great job where I learnt how to interact with different customers, thereby providing great customer care for the growth of the company. I then moved to Nigerian Port Authority where I worked as a System Support Officer, providing solutions to a wide range of several IT problems in the federal parastatal. I then moved to a new role in Zich Electric where I served as the Human Resource Coordinator, scheduling and performing interviews for prospective candidates thereby encountering and assessing several clients with great potentials for pre-employment. This was a very interesting role because I got to take part in a lot of coaching and training sections for the necessary growth of the company. I further moved to ISI where I was more hands-on with providing and qualifying customers eligible for our services. My role as a Qualifier greatly exposed me to a lot of other positive skills I have achieved till date. A key achievement while I worked in this position was helping the company increase sales by 15% in my first month. I believe my work experience puts me in a great position to come into this job and make a positive and long-lasting impact. I love talking to people, I have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I love making everyone around me feel warm, safe and welcome. Thank you.
