Promoted one sales representative to a new regional manager to lead this branch office as my replacement within 11 months. He supervised 7 employees and managed over 50 distributors in 29 different regencies, 7 cities and Madura Island in East Java.

·  Organized, managed and led a team of 8 that increased sales over 100% from IDR 300 million to IDR 700 million within 4 months period by providing better service and communication with current customers and increased product outreach by attracting new customers including 2 new separate islands such as Madura Island and Bali Island.

·  With the same team, decreased late invoice collection by 50% from IDR 50 million to IDR 20 million within the same period by consulting and negotiating a win-win solution with the customers.
