Dexter Santiago

I am a graduate of Electrical Engineering hence my analytical skills. However, for some reason, I ended up working in Sales, in the Food Industry, and later on in Operations by entering the world of Business Process Outsourcing back in 2009. I have since gained many work experiences which I can contribute to people who would require them.

I am a self-starting individual offering high-level experience in the supervision of work, tasks, and stakeholders in operations. My previous work as a Team Lead and later on as an Operations Manager has equipped me not only with the experience of managing both resource professionals and clients but also extensive working experience in admin, training, hiring, and operations.

I can work using Google Chrome App, Microsoft Office Tools, Canva, and various social media tools. My work in administration has allowed me to make countless business reviews and presentations, build client relationships, and use the skills I have gained in organizing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with client stakeholders to ensure that business challenges are addressed through improvement and action planning.

I am at the point in my life where I need to find a balance between taking pleasure in an honest day's work and spending quality time with loved ones. I see the potential in remote work. The ability to still make use of your skills while finding time to enjoy your interests. No work is small work for me. Rest assured that every task that you will assign to me, will be worked on with enthusiasm, energy, and with a strong focus on quality. 

I place a substantial premium on productivity and quality. I make use of my work hours productively and hate idleness at work. Together with being productive, I make sure that all the things I do are right. That my work is in line with the Quality standards that my clients expect.

In my spare time, I love to run, to spend working out at the gym, swim and also like to read and watch true-to-life films. I also enjoy coffee with close friends and the moments with my family by going out with them on weekends.
