Dianna Khan

I have 10 years experience as a consultant/project manager/operations manager, (although this looks like a jack of all trades I am a master as well.) I hold an honors degree in Psychology and I am currently training to be a Director of Operations through the Ops Authority.

Throughout my career, I’ve gathered experience in delivering projects, team management,  planning and building internal systems as well as strategy planning. I’ve run my own business and I’ve worked closely with CEO’s. This experience has helped me to understand the demands running a business puts on business owners and I am able to identify weak areas quickly and strategize how to solve them. This has given me insight into the operational areas of a business and how building the right systems creates space for CEOs to focus on growing their businesses. 

Here are some of my proudest/biggest accomplishments;

• Created and implemented business processes (website creation, email communication and FAQ creation) for the marketing department of one of the first digital banks in the UAE.
• Program managed the development of ten courses for a incubator program
• Streamlined the tender management process for a boutique consulting company
• Managed multiple teams throughout my career
• Developed a strategic plan for a non-profit organization that supports Women entrepreneurs. 
• Published an internal project management manual for a consulting company that would lead how all consultants manage their projects. 
• Developed a business development plan for a consultancy based in Dubai. The Greater Change provides businesses with sustainability-focused consulting services. 
• Developed business plans for three US-based entrepreneurs.
• Wrote proposals and pitched for $950 000 worth of projects in 24 months and successfully won $700 000 worth of projects.
