Currently I am connected with Accenture Inc., I work as a Conferencing Operator, I handle/Assist Clients with their conferences over the phone, I also call out clients and join them in their conference depending on the instructions given when booking their calls. I also assist clients who calls in to schedule a conference. I am hardworking and can work with less supervision, been in the BPO industry for more than 7 years now and proud to say that I am part of the top agents on the floor for QA and Service Rep. I always make sure to it that when it comes to work I always deliver what is being asked.
