I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and am knowledgeable in general virtual assistant tasks such as email and file management, research, data entry, and calendar management. I am also well-versed in social media management and marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok. Additionally, I have experience in SEO, lead generation, basic Facebook ads, YouTube optimization, and basic email marketing.

I am skilled in using Coschedule for scheduling content on social media, Clipscribe for transcribing videos for content, editing photos for content in Shutterstock, and managing websites using WordPress. I can create landing pages using Lead Pages and am able to use accounting software such as Zoho Books and Quickbooks. I am also knowledgeable in product research, keyword research, and listing optimization using Helium10 and Amazon Seller Central.
