I have worked as a CSR for almost 8 years and was a Quality Analyst for different accounts. I've worked with Macy's and American Express and other e-commerce businesses. My experience with Customer Service allows me to be more aware of the e-commerce business and how to deal with customers who needed help with their bills, products that they wanted to buy, or problems regarding the service.
I have enough training and knowledge about supporting customers and will be able to do my job correctly once I'm hired. I love to learn new things and am eager to work in any environment.
I am also working as a VA for 4 years now. I do Email Management, email and chat support, other admin tasks, and Customer Service. I know how to use different types of CRMs and I am very familiar with Excel and google sheets.
