I have a background in business and finance, but my skills were developed in account management for an e-commerce company in Seattle. My main duties included building relationships with manufacturers to grow sales within our site, merchandizing the site to improve user friendliness, and manage specific SEO issues for site ranking.

During the last four years, I managed a travel and architecture blog, focusing on content creation, Google Analytics, and SEO to gain readership. I also as well as organized and planned trips for others, using my understanding of travel and budgeting to create the best possible excursions.

Before that, everyone of the jobs I held was related to customer service, as a tennis coach, tennis tournament monitor, and my college internship at a screen printing company. I understand customer relations, and always strive to go above and beyond in satisfying the customer.
