I have worked as a Business Assistant for more than 3 years. I have created multiple reports and dashboard to help my clients understand the productivity of their business in a quick view using Google files and Microsoft Office. I manage social media accounts, answer emails and phone calls to answer relevant questions customers have. Also, I have worked in an account that does appointment setting. I was calling those who missed to attend the live event about retirement planning, taxes and social security and set an appointment with them to speak with a Financial Agent to discuss the information they missed.
I worked as an Operations Manager in the call center industry for more than 8 years prior me transitioning to working as a Virtual Assistant.
