I process rental applications, schedule showings through showmojo, respond to emails, text and chats, generate leases, addendums, and renewal leases. I am also being tapped to help with the in-house billing and double billing, creating work orders, and assigning them to the right vendors.

I also have experience in Sales and Customer Service with a bit of technical support for almost 7 years
