I have clear communication skills and a calming presence.
Responsible and good with time management. I have
almost 2 years of experience working as a Remote
Property Management Associate where I process rental
applications, scheduling showings, generate leases,
addendums, and renewal leases. I am also being tapped
to help with the in-house billing and double billing,
creating work orders, and assigning them to the right
vendors. Most of the time, products and processes are
being updated. It shows flexibility in my skills and how to
cope up with sudden changes. I always work with
integrity, passion and an eye for my career growth. I love
to challenge myself and push myself to the limits.
