Estelamie Ray Catherine Feniza

Hi! My name is Estelamie Feniza, and I am a Customer Service Specialist/ VA with Social Media management experience. I have a wide range of customer service experience since I have worked with big companies like Microsoft, Sprint, Expedia, United Airlines and many more as I worked in the BPO industry for 12 years and pretty much acquired a lot of skills that I was able to harness over the years.

Since most of my Customer Service experience was mostly spent during my BPO years, I can guarantee you that I have already acquired the techniques on how to effectively communicate and negotiate the customers be it through chat, email, and phone support. I have gone through extensive training on how to deal with different types of customers. In fact, I have always garnered stellar approved scores in providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE over the years.

As for my Social Media Management experience, I also underwent training just to make sure that I am fully equipped with the skills that most of the clients like you looked for.
