For years, I have always demonstrated my Customer Service ability in negotiating with customer for customer service satisfaction. I have been with the BPO industry for 12 years that always stands out. With that being said, it helped me harness a lot of my skills in which I will be applying in the tasks that I will be given.
Since most of my working years was spent in the BPO setup, I have tried working with different known companies and held different positions. I also manage to worked with different accounts which I have been able to apply my excellent organizational and analytical skills. One of the highest positions I had was being a Quality Assurance Manager which made me to be very keen to details as for me this is very crucial to every job. I always make sure that my work is of quality and with integrity.
I am a highly motivated and positive individual which makes me to be a team player. I can also work with less supervision and accepts challenges and hunger to learn more. I am a great communicator.
I can even consider myself as a Customer service master and efficient problem solver as I have proven this with all the awards that I received during my BPO years. I always make sure that I am able to provide thorough answers that leads to issue resolution.
I have also been a VA for quite some time which was also in a BPO setup and have deftly manage administrative functions of the practice as well. Pretty much, I have the experience of being a Customer Service Representative or a VA, so it will not be hard for any given tasks as I am also open for new learnings.
As I joined the freelancing industry, I made sure that I am fully equipped with the skills to become successful in this field and still willing to know more and undergo training specially in Social Media Management and has even tried some projects.
