I have 12 years of experience in the banking industry where I have honed my skills in Customer Service, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Problem Solving, Administrative tasks, and Property and supplies management. I have 6 years of experience in the education industry, where I handled Bookkeeping and administrative tasks. After this, I finished my training at the Amazon VA Masterclass, a complete and hands-on training where I honed my skills in Product research, Product Listing, Supplier Sourcing, Inventory Management & Customer Service. I used software like Zoom, MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, Google Drive, and Canva for simple designs. I am really happy handling Customer Service tasks because I feel complete when I resolve the customer's problems. After work, my hobbies are baking and playing badminton.
