I am an educated and experienced Compliance Writer, Regulations Analyst, Policy and Procedures Writer, and Skills Trainer with over five years of experience writing various compliance documents to assist numerous industries; and complying with local and national regulations while developing training materials for adults in academic, corporate, and technical settings.

While following regulatory compliance and corporate ethos: I have a strong understanding of the clear and concise language for policies and procedures writing; to align it with corporate goals and legal requirements. I wrote and revised policies and procedures for diverse industries in the public and private sectors.

I practically supported the policy documentation and design of educational materials, including proofreading, for face-to-face and e-learning. I developed a fair share of health and safety policy documents, COSHH reports for hazardous materials, book-length user guides, risk assessment documents, PHV operator policies, and fire marshal text. I am well-versed in industry best practices for policy and procedure development, and I am comfortable working with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy. Additionally, I am skilful in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

I follow strict confidentiality with NDA, and—in general—clients retain complete ownership and usage rights for all info, argumentation, or documentation I create for a project. I always provide an updated agreement letter for each project to ensure that expectations, project tasks, deliverables, deadlines, ownership, rates/fees, and operating procedures are mutually understood and acknowledged.
