I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and have acquired masteral units in Master of Science in Information Technology. At present, I am employed as Utilities/Customer Service Officer A for 18 years in a government owned and controlled corporation. One of my responsibilities as an officer is the updating and maintaining of the billing and collection system. I review data for deficiencies or error, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output. I am also responsible in utilizing current automation programs and databases to support data management, carry out verification of data integrity in consultation with supervisor, conduct data mining as per user's requirements and attend to customers' queries and ensure that proper customer service has been delivered.

As for my skills, I have solid knowledge in database management with wide experience in data entry and database search procedures. I have done databases in MS Access and an expert in MS office applications like MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I am also an expert in data entry with a typing speed of 60 wpm. I do photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and also video editing using Pro show. I am an internet savvy person. I can do any tasks related to internet, research, data entry, database management etc.

Moreover, I have an inquisitive mind that makes me focus on things and strong moral conviction that keeps me firmly pursuing my goal. Whatever deficit I have, be assured that I am highly trainable.
