Prepare, validate accuracy, compile and sort source data according to priorities for computer entry or update.
Responsible in the generation of account data to new accounts for billing.
Enter Customer and account data into the TUBS+ system by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents into the system within time limits.
Takes charge in posting of over and underpayment of the cost of materials to corresponding accounts in the TUBS+ system.
Consolidate, check and post accounts for reopening in the TUBS+ System.
Consolidate, check and post disconnected accounts in the TUBS+ System.
Takes charge in updating of the replacement of meters in the TUBS+ system.
Review for any error, correct any incompatibilities and check output data generated from monthly reports of new connection, reopening and disconnection to Bill of Materials, CRR and CSD Daily Action Report.

Verify and prepare a report for accounts inspected with illegal connection.
Assists in the continuous monitoring of the division’s performance and processes in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
