I have worked in the ICT industry for the last 10 years, with the most time being on academic writing, systems administration and ICT support (frontend and backend). In my last position, I was tasked with implementing a B2B solution that would benefit about 100 workers in meeting the financial needs of a 4-star hotel with a minimum of 200 guests per day. It took about a month for full setup and training, but since then, it has neither gone offline, nor caused any mishaps. I am able to do this and many more, given that I am highly organized and action-oriented, and very diligent as regards the project I working on at any given time.

As regards academics, I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Management Science (the integration of ICT solutions to solve business problems). In addition to this, I’m a Microsoft Certified Professional (Server Administration), a Google Certified Professional (Google My Business & G-Suite), and a Network Administrator. I’m also agile and a quick learner as I will often take about a week to master any new platform as required by the client, so please, feel free to inquire if your needs are particular to your project.
