As a person passionate about pattern recognition and logical analysis, I thrive on digging into complex data sets and producing insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations. I have experience in leveraging data and analytics to drill down on inefficiencies in processes and delivering innovative solutions to eliminate these inefficiencies. During my time with Access Bank, I helped drive up the channels transaction approval rate by 13%.

With about three years of experience as a data and systems analyst, I am fluid in the use of a wide variety of software and data management systems ranging from traditional functions in Excel to newer features like data modelling, power query using DAX language etc. I have an excellent knowledge of core data manipulation skills on SQL databases which has allowed me customize scores of unique reports for different business uses, delivering deep insights with Power BI for executive decisions.

Some of my functions till date have included;

·       Automation of Regulatory and Business reports through the use of SQL server tools and Excel Power Query

·       Provide enterprise channels capability analysis to measure current utilization of the channels Infrastructure against the established capacity and stack up its performance across periods amidst increasing volumes

·       Channels Data analysis, presentation and visualization (with Excel Data model & PowerBI) for use by Executive management to make informed decisions.

·       Optimal service delivery and management.

·       Cost/Benefit analysis of capital investment in upgrade of the channels infrastructure

·       Identification of inefficient processes, services and touchpoints with a view to either eliminate or improve these processes

·       Ensure 99.999% availability and optimal level of real-time performance of the E-Channels (Postilion) infrastructure.

·       Implementation of fresh initiatives and enhancements on the channels infrastructure to improve efficiency and revenue generation

·       Analyze performance data in terms of % uptime, revenue conversion rate, actual revenue generation vs target revenue generation across various channels on Bi-monthly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual basis to Executive Committee 

Key Accomplishments include but not limited to;

• Automation of Enterprise capability report and several weekly and monthly business reports with the use of Excel power queries and data model

• Optimization of application databases and re-designing of expensive SQL queries

• Optimization of the Postilion Infrastructure to process transactions in excess of 900K daily

• Access-Diamond switch integration

• POS Transaction Failover systems with Global Accelerex and ITEX

• Seamless Migration of critical applications from physical servers to virtual machines
