My name is Gina Banua. My long term experience in the service industry (callcenter) has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings.

My recent job as an Advanced Technical Support made me an ideal candidate for the position because it made me a person who can think out of the box and work with less or no supervision which are the most important factor that an employee should have in order for the company to grow and as an individual.
