Gladys is a multi-skilled, dedicated hard worker from Kenya with over 15 years of experience working for start-ups, SMEs, and large corporations in various capacities. She has acquired skills in data collection and analysis, marketing, administration, and customer service. She has experience in social media management and is skilled in Twitter and Facebook moderation, content creation, scheduling social media posts, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles. She is competent in the use of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, TweetDeck, G Suite, and Microsoft Office.
