Gloria Guia Bautista

I am a driven professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.  I have exposure in all facets of HR with focus on full cycle recruiting, on-boarding, talent management, policy creation and labor relations. 

I endeavor to create HR programs that help create a high performing organization resulting to the overall achievement of the Company’s business objectives. In my most recent employment, I concurrently acted as a Consultant representing the Company, and was tasked to manage and maintain special projects pertaining to full outsourcing services offered to the Organization’s Affiliates and external clients.

My ability to get along with others, resiliency, commitment to meet deadlines, and eagerness to learn have helped me grow in this field. I work with integrity and would always give my best in accomplishing tasks.
