Hannah Mae Verallo

I have been working in the BPO industry for 5 years now. I have experience in Telecommunications and Healthcare industries. I was with my first company for 2 years where I became a supervisor after a year. When I transferred to a different company, I applied for an agent post and eventually got promoted as a Process Trainer for a healthcare account.I was there for 2 years. Currently, I am an RCM specialist working on the billing side for an oncology center in Arizona.
