I am Hazel Catherine Medina, Xero certified and Quickbooks Online and MYOB user. I am also proficient in using SAP System (Accounts Payable), S2 System, Zoho, Dear Inventory, ReceiptBank, CloudWise, Hubdoc, Deputy, Stripe and AirSquare.

I have been working since 2014. Since then, I have engaged with both NZ and AU clients as a Bookkeeper and Accountant. For more than 6 years of experience, I have a proven track record in consistently and effectively delivering accounting and bookkeeping services that enhance my client's purpose and profitability.

My work experience includes but not limited to;

  • Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts and other computer printouts;

  • allocate & post financial transactions to Xero, MYOB, and Intuit Quickbooks;

  • reconcile and balance all accounts;

  • draw up financial statements (Income statement, Balance sheet and/or Management report)

  • collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports;

  • Track and maintain inventory records;

  • Assist in Payroll processing;

  • Preparation and lodgment of IAS & BAS to ATO for AU and GST returns to IRD for NZ;

  • maintain complete filing system to support financial records;

  • provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested;

  • contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

I also have knowledge of the NZ Annual Tax returns process.
