With 5+ years of experience dealing with multiple customers day in day out over the years through multiple channels and now looking to enter the remote world, I have developed a great understanding when it comes to human interactions and dealing with different personalities who have contact with a company and which will make me a great asset and addition to your establishment. 

At Hitech CM, as a customer service manager, I was responsible for drafting communication procedures which our staff use when communicating with customers in English and French through which were vital to client conversion and boost customer happiness, also I am responsible for supervising staff interaction with customers and ensuring smooth communication according to company policy, while also participating in client interaction myself and closing multiple sales for years. 

Doing all these with the use of text messages,phone calls, replying and typing multiple emails daily in both English and French. In addition, also responding to clients and potential clients via company social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat which were vital for customer happiness and repeat business, in addition providing vital feedback to improve company image and growth.
