I am hardworking, committed and reliable individual. I have almost 2 years' experience as Technical Support Representative and I am expert in doing the following tasks:

• communicating with different kinds of people.
• assisting customers with their technical concerns and also extending help for any other concerns they may have.
• doing basic troubleshooting for phone and internet.
• always making sure and not letting the customers go without resolving their concerns or at least giving them best options.

I may don't have enough experience yet as a Virtual Assistant, but because of the training I went through, I'm confident that I can do tasks of a Virtual Assistant and that includes:

• content planning
• simple web design
