I’ve worked in the digital marketing field for about 4 years now. I was kind of 360 digital marketer for local agencies (I run Facebook Ads, I strategize about CRO, Email Marketing and so on…). I have managed one of the biggest ecom clients in our country (run their ads, optimized the whole ecommerce funnel with the help of a developer) My last contract was with an Ad Agency in which i have worked as a Facebook Ad Buyer In that role, I managed several client’s ad accounts and helped to scale them. The brands were a Clothing Brand, a Parenting Niche Brand and a Stress Relief Brand. What i’ve done was the following: - I setup CBO Cold Campaigns for Prospecting (Generating 2 ROAS on Top Of Funnel) - I setup Retargeting Campaigns (Generating 3 to 5 ROAS and more) - I scale winning adsets using Advanced Scaling Method (Manual Bidding - Bid Cap) - Doing Competitive Research & Review Mining to get inspiring Ad Copies & Creative Ideas - I analyse Customer Behavior using HotJar to see if there are patterns and things that could be optimized The combined ad spent that i’ve managed is $60 K / Month. For the parenting brand, i have managed to scale the ad spend at 2K per day profitably for a few days ( was spending 100$ per day and scaled it to 1K per day consistently having 2 ROAS on Top Of Funnel ) Page 1 of 4 At MOF, BOF, I have managed to generate between X3 to X5 ROAS (in some cases, I've had up to X8 ROAS consistently for few weeks depending on the client's product & brand etc...) What I have learned while managing ads for clients: *Creative is king: For some brands, I’ve tried a lot of tests in order to scale the brand. What worked the best is that testing a lot of creatives. There was a brand that was generating 90% of the profit from 1 single video which boomed! *Dynamic Creative Ads: These are really powerful to find out the best ad copy + headline + creative combo. What I have tested also is doing this within the remarketing funnel. The results were absolutely amazing! *Advanced Retargeting Segmentation is the fuel to a positive ROAS: Here, I present different creatives and ad copies depending on which part of the journey the customer is, Cold, Warm, Hot & Existent on different time periods (newly introduced to the brand, already know the brand, an existent customer etc...)
