My name is Iris. I graduated last 2011 and has a previous work experiences in Business Process Outsourcing Industries. Usually handling inbound and outbound calls for money transfer, Health Care accounts and Insurances. Assisting clients through phone and provide appropriate solution. I’m also promoted as a Trainer for Email Support Campaign. Moreover, I have been trained for Social Media Campaigns and have been exposed on different Customer Relationship Management Software and shifted my career starting February 2019 as a Home-based Freelancer.
