I've been in the customer service industry for a decade and have been working from home since 2017. I've worked with different campaigns to provide excellent customer support via email and chat. I have also handled LinkedIn Management and Social Media Management. I enjoy working from home because of the less time required in getting ready for work and the long commute to a physical office. I think that working from home is a great fit for me because of my passion and integrity. I know for a fact that I am excellent at what I do but without passion and integrity, no matter how good a person is, it's pointless. Anyone can learn to be good at what they do, but not everyone works honestly, and that is something I am proud to say is one of the best qualities I have. I don't need to be micromanaged because I can work independently with honesty and can make sure to go beyond what's expected of me.
