I am a self-starter with the positive attitude. Coming from the multicultural background, I fluently speak 3 languages and also enjoy learning new ones.

I have worked in a fast-moving international environment for many years, which has strengthen my communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. The last company I've worked for was a start-up where I had set up a marketing communication strategy from the scratch, aligning it with industry standards and different communication channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc). I was responsible for the KPI's such as maintaining retention, reducing churn, maximising customer's LTV and ARPU.

I like working in a dynamic environment and having worked on a multiple projects that have required cooperating with both, internal stakeholders and the 3rd parties, I have developed an ability to lead communications in an efficient and trust-building way.

Constantly looking for the ways to optimize customer experience, I use data-driven approach in any marketing campaigns I do, and also keep up with the updates on the GDPR and ASA news and regulations.

In my free time I enjoy travelling (when it's possible), learning about new technologies, marketing strategies and the trends of business world. My main hobby is playing the piano and I have a B.A from Palmgren Conservatory (in Finland).
