Jaarmy Joy Tolentino

Hi there!

My name is Jaarmy Joy Tolentino but you can call me Joy. I'm excited to show my strong interest for any remote jobs which would I fit in. IAs a Customer Service Representative for 6 years, I experienced dealing with different types of customers. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy and it's even harder when there are no verbal of physical cues to follow. 

I do not have any experience yet working at home but I'm a dynamic and flexible person. I'm eager to learn new things as well as adapt to changes. I'm hoping to find an employer either for part-time or full-time/long term career.

On my previous job, I've handled, chat, phone and email support. We were also in charge of taking orders and encoding it to CRM tool.  I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone, email and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner. I'm confident that my loyalty and eagerness to learn will make me an asset to your company.
