Throughout my training as an MBA in Strategic Management and 9 years as an Operations Management Professional, I have worked across departments in diverse industries and honed very important skills and built an impressive skill set. These skills include, Schedule Management, Stakeholder relations, Project Management, Problem Solving skills, Communication skills, organization skills, multi-tasking, attention to details, Business plan creation, Strategic plan process, data handling, reporting, Business Correspondence and coordination, Team participation and leadership, among others. I thrive in creating sustainable processes and systems that enable an organization to run seamlessly to achieve its core organizational goals. I am adaptable, teachable and flexible. This means I can adapt quickly to a new role and can follow instructions carefully. I am also passionate about executive support; I thrive in taking care of the smaller tasks that the executive may be handling to ensure that their main focus is on the major tasks that form the core business of the organization. I have successfully been able to work with executives to create sustainable solutions to client issues.
