I hold a 'Bachelor of Communication (PR)', 'Advanced Diploma of Business (PR)' and an 'Associate Diploma in Social Media Management and Online Reputation Management'.

I have worked as a Communications Officer for the past 2.5 years, managing two States for a non-profit organisation in Australia. My previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative for big name companies in the banking and retail industries.

My well developed written communication abilities for both traditional print and and new digital media mediums assures my ability to prepare corporate, strategic and creative pieces (storytelling), including but not limited to: media releases, marketing/communication plans and reports, blog/social media posts and web copy.
