National Institute of Standards and Technology, Baldrige Performance Excellence Program Researched business and organizational models and conducted Baldrige brand analysis to provide recommendations on how to effectively restructure the organization and target and grow customer bases. Analysis became the basis for a new Baldrige Business plan that enabled the program to secure private funding through 2015 after federal funds were cut. Provided recommendations to Baldrige leadership on how to manage change, communications, and staff development throughout the transition from federal to privately funded program. Leveraged findings from interviews with over 80% of Baldrige staff members to ensure that recommendations were targeted to meet the program’s needs.
