I’ve been in the banking industry for 7 years as an operations specialist, which was more on customer service, complying or giving customer needs on their bank account, and other bank stuff., and promoted twice for having high-performance grades or ratings.

I’m also a LinkedIn account manager before from a client on Upwork part-time. It is more about managing clients’ accounts, replying, and reading messages.

I have experienced managing social media for posting ads because I have an online shop before, I'm the one editing photos using Canva for promoting my products and also some short videos, been boosting also my ads to reach audience buyers.
