I have worked in digital marketing roles in some form for 13+ years. These roles have given me a wide breadth of clients that I have collaborated with. From family owned businesses, universities and colleges, up to the Fortune 500. One thing I came to appreciate with the businesses I have partnered with, is that no one business is the same. There is always a challenge that requires a different angle than the one before.
I started off as a front-end web developer before my interests leaned towards marketing. I was given opportunities to learn more about digital marketing, which lead me to the career I have today. Because of my skills, I am able to marry the technical with the creative. I can create a marketing strategy that ensures measurement of results is at every step. I can then help demystify the data, and help it tell a story. I keep the jargon out, and use simple layman's terms.
I'm also a strong believer in constant learning. I keep my knowledge current through ongoing education. It was through these efforts that I have expanded my skills in to multi-disciplinary fields. This helps me understand the finer details while keeping in mind the bigger picture.
