I am Javier Mauricio Zuluaga Restrepo, husband of Maria Alexandra Estrada Aristizabal and father of two beautiful children, Sofia and Simón. Civil Engineer with postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Management Systems. I am a human being in a permanent state of evolution, passionate about institutional, organizational and social challenges and transformations, always looking for optimal and practical alternatives to develop strategies that lead to the materialization of purposes.

I am a professional with experience in Corporate Development Management, Strategy and Projects, acceleration of growth processes or organizational and institutional optimization, cultural and digital transformation and innovation. Within my Curriculum, it will be possible to detail how, through the different roles I have played, my training and skills, I generate significant benefits in different instances of the value chain for companies and institutions.

I achieve this by permanently analyzing, interpreting and appropriating the internal and external context, opportunities, pros and cons, collecting information, projecting possibilities and scenarios in accordance with management models, to define gaps and baselines of work. With this, I search, negotiate and continuously manage capacities, in people, processes and technology to incrementally develop solutions and measure their effectiveness and possibilities for improvement.

I have a high capacity for persuasion, adaptability and resilience to articulate the actors and interested parties in the management, development and achievement of the necessary strategies, promoting pleasant, challenging and inspiring work environments to passionately develop each established initiative.
