I began my career as a customer service representative for 2 years and since then I have managed all types of customer interactions: phone, chat, and email support. I've also had the opportunity to work in technical support for 2 years. My experience working with clients in each role has given me an understanding of how to best serve customers' needs by meeting them where they are.
As I progressed and strengthen my skills, I explore different niches and industries. I enrolled myself in several courses that improve my competency and expertise in the role to better help the business.
My skills include creating graphics for emails and social media posts, managing ad accounts and budgets, experience with women's consumer goods and fashion or beauty products, SEO (which would be helpful for growing your site's traffic), Google Rankings (beneficial for growing your site's traffic). And as a bonus: e-commerce experience.
I love working with people who are passionate about their workâthat makes me feel energized and motivated every day. In addition to that, it makes me want to do even more because I know there are so many opportunities ahead of us both in our careers!
