As French (C1 level) native speaker and fluent in English (B2 level), and speak Spanish (B1) i have three 4 years of experience in customer service and I have already served in many positions in the field:

• service agent

• Telemarketer

During these 5 years of function I collaborated with various customers thus UCC (United Call Center) as Bilingual French and English customer support on a campaign of green circulation (the remainder being confidential) with which I carried out all my missions successfully.

I assure you a long term collaboration and I can work between 6 and 8 hours a day from Monday to Sunday each week for a long term.

My proposed rate for this collaboration is 20$/hour and I assure you to contribute to the added value of your activity by proposing you later new collaborators if you are satisfied with my results.
