The majority of my career was with the country's largest Verizon agent. While I was there I managed the day to day marketing strategies along with the long term plays. I ran our department like an external agency as I worked with billion dollar brands like Samsung and Google to create advertising strategies to successfully increase their market share. The success of these programs had to be reported back so I used my skills in analytics and reporting to create in depth presentations on how we were able to reach their goals through our marketing campaigns. While I personally managed a team with varying responsibilities, I also was managing the relationships of internal departments like sales and human resources, along with ad agencies, manufacturers, and the Verizon representatives assigned to our account.

My skill set has been heavy on the data and analytical side, which has given a deep understanding of how to build a successful marketing plan along with reporting that information back to stake holders and executive team members. I'd like to reinforce that that was done inside of my company, externally to Verizon, and electronic manufactures who were all setting different goals to measure success.

 Chartered a consultant level partnership with franchise owners and field team leadership to deploy best practices across websites, review pages, and location management platforms, generating more leads and customers

Pioneered campaign measurement capabilities by implementing offline conversion events through social and digital partners

Surged ROI 70% through A/B testing in all marketing channels

Forged all digital marketing programs including online content plans, email, CRM, social media organic and paid, search engine optimization, pay-per-click, and local search for each location

Determined new profitable promotions and offers for TCC based on trends, gross profit, and opportunities in distribution increasing our ROI by 77%
