Jennifer Laurent Hernandez

I am a Virtual Project Manager, with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, and an experienced Customer Success Specialist with over 14+ years of experience in communications and education. Notably, I have contributed to the virtual teaching and training efforts at Baldwin Park Unified School District, developing and facilitating learning content for grades K-12 students. I bridge my years of remote project management and marketing communications through monitoring social media presence, digital collaboration, and virtual administration. As a result of business needs, I have found success as a remote worker since 2008. 

I am confident that I can be an asset to your company because of my employment background in marketing communications, customer success, and strategic curriculum development and implementation expertise; combined with my ability to collaborate and quickly troubleshoot issues. I demonstrated these skills many times and most especially in my role recently as a Social Media Manager at GamaRay Pins where I was recognized for drafting reports and presentations to track customer reviews and social analytics.  

I primarily focus on developing and implementing creative marketing strategies for increasing customer retention and sustaining client relations.
