I have worked as a customer service agent for over 7 years in mostly financial institutions. I had a broker's licence (Series 7 for general securities). I have excellent communication skills on both written and oral. I was also a teacher for 2 years for college students. I am currently a part-time virtual assistant for an online seller.

I work well with little supervision required. I am organized and pay attention to details. I have flexible working hours, so I can be of service even on weekends.
