I've been working in the customer service industry (voice and non-voice) for three years now, providing quality service to customers. I was able to manage telecommunication and financial accounts, in which I was trained to do basic phone and software troubleshooting, calculate and explain bills, and evaluate credit card applications. I've also worked as a virtual assistant for an eCommerce account on the side.
