I performs various tasks similar to a manager or an office administrator. Provides a variety of services, such as administrative support, sales, marketing, accounting, writing, editing, proofreading, graphics design, website development, and desktop publishing services. Working remotely from home-office using my own computer, licensed software applications, phone, and internet connection. The following are my daily task:

1. Answering and making calls to scheduling appointments and follow-up.

2. Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments.

3. Managing the client database and preparing reports. Performing other duties as assigned.

4. Organizing files alongside customer service duties to meet the needs of clients.

5. Handle the updating of information on the Multiple Listing Service,

6. Supports team members and performs management duties.

7. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals, coaching and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

8. Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training,

9. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance,

10. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals,

11. Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations,

12. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines,

13. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
