I've been with the BPO industry for 3 years. two years as a technical support representative and a year as a customer service representative. I've been working at home for a year now. I've been doing outbound calls also approximately 100-200 calls a day from my previous campaigns.At first, it was a challenge for me but eventually I get used to it and there's no turning back. I can say that working in this industry helps me a lot, engage in a different types of customers and how to handle calls with appropriate manner. As a customer service support It is not just how you solve their issues or providing them the right resolution of their concerns but it is how you provide your 101% support leaving them good impression towards the company. I want to share all my knowledge and experience and my capabilities as well.
