My previous job was Fraud/Risk analyst from an online betting site in UK and my responsibilities were to prevent money laundering, stop any fraudulent activities, validating documents that the customers sent to us and to answer the queries of a customer service representative via email, chat, and phone calls.
I also worked as a customer service representative for one year to a health insurance company and we were dealing with insurance and reimbursement back then.
I am very keen to details and I can manage my time efficiently. I love to learn new things that makes me more knowledgeable and productive.
