I have a good background in IT and knowledgeable in a vast number of computer applications and utilities. I am proficient in MS Office, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, and Google Spreadsheet as well as MS Outlook, Windows Mail, and Active Directory. I am also familiar with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networks, and Intranet. I am experienced in PC Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Assembly which specializes in PC Hardware for desktop and portable systems. I am knowledgeable in MS OS, Mac, and a bit of Linux. I am a product trainer for Win 8, Win 8.1, and a Windows 10 Technical Preview tester.

I worked in the BPO industry as a technical support representative and rise through the ranks as a specialist. I dealt with training and development but I also took roles of a reports analyst, project analyst, team manager, and quality analyst. I also have experience with Business Development and been doing account management with sales. I have several years of experience with customer service management and human resource.

I lead successful product launches in a few lines of business and assisted the training department with modules. I also help shaped the business with my ideas and opinions.

I can work independently under pressure or with a team. I can sit for long hours and working with a speed of at least 32WPM. I have excellent oral and written communications skills and interpersonal skills. I am able to do reports and present it to a group. I can train, lead, mentor, and motivate people. I have a meticulous attention to detail.
