I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing
Industry for more than 10 years and worked formerly
as a Team Leader in a Healthcare account. My expertise
are the following: Leadership, Project Management,
Sales and Billing, B2B and B2C support staffing,
Marketing and a lot more. I have attended some
Management training and seminars, support and
engagement facilitation, Management and Marketing
meetings, programs and workshops and a lot more. I
