Currently, I'm working for a customer support provider company as a Team Leader. I've been working with the company for almost 4 years now and I'm looking for a new opportunity. 

In this role, I'm managing 16 clients and 24 customer agents. So I understand the customer support side of the business, the people management, and the B2B relationship with the clients. In the past, I've been working as a project manager and I was responsible in onboarding the new clients to the company. I've also worked as a customer support agent in the beginning. I gained the Employee of The Month award twice in the company, as an agent and a project manager. I'm familiar with some helpdesks such as Intercom, Zendesk, Helpscout, Gorgias, and some other helpdesks. I'm also familar with some other tools such as Slack, Shopify, Trello, Shipstations, Neto, etc.

I'm fast and eager learner, self starter, a great problem solver, and used to juggling multiple tasks.
