that the instrument that will be purchased will meet the required project standard
Perform yellow line check of P&ID vs instrument datasheet to ensure quality and

Review instrument installation information using smart plant review with regards to
orientation and accessibility.
Assist piping to ensure that flowmeter is properly installed by providing an applicable
straight run pipe requirement for every flowmeter type as per Vendor recommendation.
